**International Shipping**

 

Processing & Delivery Time:

  • Handling: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping: 5-14 business days (depending on customs in the destination country)

 

Shipping Methods:

  • For the USA, we ship items using Yamato International Transport.
    Packages are handed over to UPS once they leave Japan for delivery to your door.
    Once your package leaves Japan via Yamato, UPS will handle the delivery. We'll send you the UPS tracking number when it's created.
    If you have any delivery issues, please contact your local UPS office.
  • For other countries, we ship items via EMS (Japan Post).
    If you have any delivery issues, please contact your local post office.

 

Important Notes:

  • We cannot ship to PO Box, FPO, or APO addresses for international orders

 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs vary depending on destination country and package weight.

 

Customs & Duties (Tariffs):

You may be required to pay customs duties (tariffs) and taxes when receiving your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us. Customs policies vary by country — please contact your local customs office for details.

For US customers:
Based on customer feedback, paying customs duties / Tariffs through the UPS website is often more cost-effective than paying the delivery driver directly.

Orders shipped to the US are sent via Yamato International delivery. Upon departure from Japan, your shipment is handled by UPS.
Please note that these fees are set by US customs and UPS, and are unfortunately outside of our control.
