Refund policy

Cancellation and Returns
We are sorry, we cannot accept cancellation once your order completed. Exclusively in the case of if the product is incorrect, damaged, and defective, we will accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please do not discard any of the packaging, it must also be in the original packaging, all items that you received with the product. For any other reason, we do not accept returns and cancellation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We are sorry we can't exchange it to the same design. We have only one design each.

Shipping
To return your product, we will let you know the mailing address by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Import duties

For US orders, import duties are paid at checkout. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, both shipping and duties will be fully refunded. Once your order has been processed (prepared and paid for shipping and duties), shipping and import duties have already been paid on your behalf and are non-refundable.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email within the 14-day period. We will acknowledge your request promptly.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure items are securely packaged for return.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
