**International Shipping**
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Handling: 2-3 business days
- Shipping: 5-14 business days (depending on customs in the destination country)
Shipping Methods:
- We ship all international orders via EMS (Japan Post).
- We'll send you the tracking number once your order has shipped.
※ If you have any delivery issues, please contact your local post office.
Important Notes:
- We cannot ship to PO Box, FPO, or APO addresses for international orders

Customs & Duties (Tariffs):

For US customers:
Orders are sent via EMS (Japan Post) with import duties prepaid at checkout. This means there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery — everything is settled in advance for a smooth, surprise-free delivery.

If you're travelling to Japan, we're happy to ship your order to your hotel — shipping within Japan is free. Please contact us at least 7 days before your stay so we can arrange delivery for the right date.
